Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager

Job Description:

- Responsible for overall planning on works, staffing, administrative management, cost control and progress of the project

- Manage site project team to carry out the works according to requirements and to deal with contractual issues

- To monitor the quality and progress of works

- Establish and maintain close partnerships between for both internal and external parties

- To provide technical support for tender and preparation for tender interview

 

Requirements:

- 8 years relevant experience with 4 years exp. in management level of main field

- High Dip/ Degree in Bldg Studies/ Civil Engineering or equivalent

- Knowledge of BIM, BEAM PLUS

 

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Manager.
