What you have to do
- Responsible for the full spectrum of project management cycle. Develop the project process plan and negotiate with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Keep track of the project progress and report to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables
- Conduct regular meetings with functional parties to gather business requirements, thus to provide professional consultation to stakeholders
- Assist in the integration testing, system testing, UAT and all kinds of implementation activities
- Supervise and support junior colleagues on project risks measures, and ensure project delivery accordingly to the project milestones
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, Information Technology or related field
- 5+ years of solid experience in project managements. Proficient in AutoCAD, WMS or other IT infrastructure is a plus
- Familiar with warehouse management or solution design in logistics, 3PL, automation and related fields
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in working directly with clients
- Good oral and written Chinese and English; knowledge of Japanese or Korean is preferred
- Frequent business travel is required
- 5-day work week
