Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Interior Design, Building Services or related disciplines Graduate of Technical School/ Certificate / Diploma or above, minimum 3 years site supervision experience in Corporate Interior Design Firm.
  • For Assistant Project Manager - Minimum 8 years solid experiences in corporate offices design and 3 years good record in Project Manager role
  • Responsible for project management includes programming, cost & quality control, site management and contract documentation
  • Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and keep good reporting and documentation work
  • Strong problem solving & analytical ability
  • Must be organized, committed, self-motivated and hard working with good attitude and team spirit
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project is a plus
  • Professional Safety Certificate in advantage
  • Fluent in both spoken & written English & Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Immediate availability is preferable
  • 6 days work
