Assistant Project Manager (Structural) (Contract)

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, execution and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong
- Monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget
- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal/external parties with regard to the project progress
- Tackle problems encountered and provide solutions to improve the project development efficiency
Requirements:
- Degree in Structural Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 6 years of project management experience in overseeing large-scale development projects from inception to completion
- Experience in high-end residential/ commercial projects preferred
- Conversant with local government regulations
- Self-motivated and a team player with good leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
