We are a well established property leasing, management and investment company located in Wanchai-Admiralty area, now inviting an experienced candidate for the following post:

Assistant Project Manager

  • Provide leadership, direction and support to the project team and manage project resource allocation
  • Liaison with different stakeholders in formulation of project brief and establishment of user requirements
  • Develop overall planning and oversight design, construction and fit-out
  • Manage the tendering process of all outsourced works
  • Coordinate/supervise of all consultants and contractors for design and construction matters
  • Constantly monitor project works in accordance with specifications and drawing
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions


  • Degree in Architecture or related disciplines
  • 5 years relevant working experience on building projects/asset enhancement projects
  • Knowledge of design development and building requirements
  • Strong communication and management skill and proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Good presentation skill and fluency in Cantonese and English
