Assistant Project Manager

  • Degree holder of Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 3 years experience in business requirement gathering and analysis, IT infrastructure / security / application / project mmanagement.
  • Certificate holder of PMP is a plus
  • Multi-tasked and able to complete project tasks on time
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Independent, responsible and analytical

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the maintenance of various system control parameters and implementation of system projects, maintenance and documentation by working closely with internal and external parties on coordinating system project
  • Coordinate and liaise with other project host and user, business users, external vendors and information vendors for any troubleshooting and problem solving initiatives
  • Provide supervision to subcontractors according to design intent is up to the company's requirements
  • Monitor the resources and assist project activities to meet the timeline
