Assistant Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in managing the design and construction process for the oversea projects
  • Coordinating by communicating project objectives, contract scope, terms and schedule
  • Assisting in budget preparation, negotiations, monitor schedules for various projects
  • Assisting in creating a schedule of all phases of the project
  • Handling full set of construction drawings and documentation
  • Providing a design brief for the project consultancy tender
  • Visiting the project site/factory for coordination, design and quality review occasionally
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Director



  • Bachelor /Master Degree in Architecture or equivalent, oversea education background preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in architectural design, registered architect or equivalent preferred
  • Project design experience in hotel /commercial or large-scale projects
  • Experience in site supervision and coordination in English is necessary
  • Outstanding portfolio in design and execution
  • Self-motivated, organized and pro-active, and demonstrate self-initiative and enthusiasm able to work in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Sketch-up, PowerPoint, Office, etc.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
