  • Understand needs from business users and cooperate with vendors to achieve the assigned projects
  • Analyze reasons of problems and provide the best solution to colleagues and business partners
  • Lead projects of system development from the stage of planning and requirement definition to its implementation and report the progress to the department head constantly
  • Liaise with system vendors for the best schedule of system development
  • Solid technical knowledge in software development and web technologies


  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline
  • IT service certificate holder is a plus (e.g. PMP, ITIL)
  • At least 2 years of software development project management experience
  • A good team player and able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
