Job Description
-Overall project planning, coordination, and budget control
-Monitor project progress, contractual and technical matters
-Coordinate with different parties and contractors to execute the plan and attend project meetings and site supervision for coordination and quality compliance.

Requirements:
-Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
-Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience with 2 years’ experience at the managerial level
-Good team player and able to work independently under tight deadlines
-Detail-minded with strong numeric and analytical skills
-Proficiency in drawing software, such as AutoCAD, BIM, 3D Max & MS Office Application
-Qualification with MHKIE, MIMechE, MCIBSE, or equivalent is highly preferred
-Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
