Assistant Project Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement approved marketing plans and strategies for residential projects
- Plan and deliver effective ATL & BTL marketing collaterals and social media plans
- Ensure smooth execution of marketing materials and in compliance with first-hand sales ordinance
- Implement PR, press and sales events
- Conduct property market research, monitor and analyze industry trends on market intelligence
- Work closely with business associates such as marketing consultants and advertising agencies etc.
- Handling ad hoc assignments whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing or relevant disciplines
- At least 6 years of experience in marketing, PR/ advertising agency, solid experience with property developers preferred
- Experience with luxury properties/ brands preferred
- Experience in compliance with the first hand sales ordinance highly preferred
- Strong research, analytical skills, good marketing sense and meticulous
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Passionate, agile and able to cope with fast-paced working environment
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
