To cater for our development, we are now looking for high caliber individual to join our company as:

Assistant Project Officer

Alke is Hong Kong base F&B management company with more than 10 years’ experience. Alke is now in the operations and management of more than 10 different brands and outlets in various cuisines all over Hong Kong region.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assisting in control and monitor the progress and workmanship of contractors / sub-contractors on site/store.
  • Assisting in project coordination with internal and external parties to enhance smooth all project operations.
  • To assist the operations of restaurants including facilities management and equipment maintenance
  • Handle project documents, administration work & maintain filing system for all project related documents
  • Ad hoc projects is required

Job requirements: 

  • 1-2 years relevant experience gained from project management in catering industry
  • Able to work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
  • Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office
  • Independent and good team player with good communication skills
  • Good command of Cantonese & English is highly preferred
  • Fluent Japanese is an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred.
