(a) To conduct researches related to students’ mental health and related issues;
(b) To design and organize programmes to promote mental wellness and other related themes as required;
(c) To perform teaching duties of the modules of SWPD Programme and supervise student projects; and
(d) To provide support to the boards / committees / working groups, including drafting papers, reports and serving as secretary.
(a) A recognized degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or relevant discipline;
(b) Solid experience and competency in conducting research using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) and strong application of Microsoft Excel and other related software;
(c) Good communication, presentation, and report writing skills in both English and Chinese; and
(d) Knowledge on mental health of young population with experience in teaching soft skills and supervising student projects would be an advantage.
(1) The post is in the rank of “Teaching Associate".
(2) Shortlisted candidate(s) will be required to take a written assessment in English.
(3) In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process.
(4) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and/or outside campus.
