Assistant Property & Facility Manager

Job Ref.APM/20161130/CT

  • Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines
  • Member of HKIS/RICS in the Property & Facility Management Division or Member of CIH/HKIH/HMRB, etc.
  • At least 6 years relevant experiences in which 5 years should be at managerial level, preferably in commercial properties
  • Mature, presentable, independent and excellent communication skills with residents, tenants and public
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua is preferred
