Implement property and facilities management for all leased and owned properties of the Bank in different categories. Assist Manager with property leasing. To assist the Senior Property manager / to carry out daily operations of the property. To manage all resident queries and complaints. Understand the building conditions and user requirements of bank properties and plan ahead various maintenance or improvement plan for individual buildings or premises to meet needs in different time span and effective implementation by the vendors.


  • Degree holder in Building, Housing, Property or Facilities Management, Real Estate, Procurement or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience in property development;
  • Relevant professional qualification in Housing Management;
  • Possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
