Supervise the day-to-day property management of a mixed portfolio
Liaise with landlords and tenants on tenancy management matters
Enforce provisions of Building Management Ordinance (BMO) and Deeds of Mutual Covenant (DMC)
Monitor performance of contractors
Handle enquiries and complaints
Attend client meetings after office hours occasionally
Diploma or above in property management, facilities management or a related discipline
CIHCM, MHKIH and/or RPHM an advantage
At least 3 years' relevant experience in property management
Holder of Estate Agent’s Licence preferred
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and a meticulous eye for detail
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Property Manager.
