Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for purchasing activities for food and non-food items including Asian food and Western food.
  • Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure the product quality
  • Handle product development including supplier selection, price negotiation, order execution, timely delivery, stock optimization etc for continuous business growth
  • Manage suppliers performances & maintain strong relationship with multiple suppliers.
  • Coordinate with Chefs in product development, food quality and cost control
  • Work with our business partner to meet their expectation
  • Maintain and update the cost database and record properly
  • Solid experience in F & B industry is must

Requirement: 

  • Diploma graduate or above in any discipline
  • At least 5 years experiences in Procurement function in F&B / Retail industry
  • Business travel may be required
  • Immediate available is preferable
  • Good command in English and Chinese
  • Team player, strong leadership skills
  • Candidates with more experience will consider as Assistant Purchasing Manager
