Assistant Purchasing Manager (station in China)

  • Plan, organize and control activities related to the procurement function;
  • Able to manage ERP daily, and handle procurement activities;
  • Monitor suppliers’ performance measurement, to prepare and to execute improvement or corrective action plans;
  • Propose initiatives that improve planning processes and material control system;
  • Lead, motivate and supervise the teammates which can deliver the quality work.



  • Degree or Diploma in Purchasing Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 year’s solid experience in Purchasing needed;
  • Min. 2 years in supervision level will be an advantage;
  • Experience in handbag manufacturing industry is an advantage;
  • Strong in data analysis;
  • Strong communication skills with internal & external parties;
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel (Macro, Pivot table, Vlookup);
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin;
  • Station in China, Dongguan;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
