Role Descriptions

Responsible for the purchasing requirements of the hotel and ensure all are met in a timely, cost effective manner and complying with quality assurance expectations and standards. Oversee posting of purchase orders into the Purchasing module on a timely basis to enable receiver to match against when goods are delivered. Work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies between invoices and actual received merchandise, and report to manager/supervisor as necessary. Source and explore new products to meet internal users’ needs. Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs. Assist in month-end reporting, budgeting, costing analysis and cost saving initiatives

Job Requirements

Experience - 6 years of work experience in 5-star hotel is highly preferred
Education - Bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Technical / functional competencies - Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
