Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating purchasing plan with a view to controlling the material and storage cost;
  • Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedule and quality of goods, inventory control and cost management;
  • Cooperate and coordinate closely with central factory, warehouse and shops on product quality and ordering etc.;
  • Develop new suppliers and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers;
  • Assist in maintaining stock management and ordering system;
  • Involve in production development

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Purchasing, Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent discipline
  • With passions in food industry and purchase
  • At least 5 years' solid purchasing experience gained from sizable Hospitality / Food & Beverage
  • Able to work independently with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in PC application such as Excel, Word and Chinese word processing;
  • Good in Japanese (JLPT N2) or above, fluent spoken and written English & Chinese;
