Assistant Purchasing Officer, Procurement and Materials Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform product sourcing, tendering, evaluation and negotiation with vendors
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Order to vendor
  • Handle enquiries and order follow up
  • Prepare various analysis report and month-end report
  • Perform any duty as assigned by seniors


  • Diploma or above in Purchasing and Supply, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years purchasing experience is preferable
  • Previous experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Minimum of 2 years previous procurement experience within Hotel /  Hospital / F&B industry
