Assistant QA Manager

  1. Coordinate with Corporate and Regional offices to roll out improvement projects
  2. To lead multi-functional teams to drive operational excellence, Include developing operations improvement initiatives through deployment of LEAN principles
  3. Implement quality management system and ensure compliance on every stage of the operation.  Apply quality principles, analyze quality records, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
  4. Assist in the documentation of corrective actions plans and monitors implementation.
  5. Ensure complaints handling, adverse event reporting and field actions are implemented in time and in accordance with procedure.
  6. Conduct assessments and provide implementation action plan.
  7. Establish process and measurements to ensure smooth and efficient operation start up for new customers
  8. Improve process through collaboration with IT on system enhancements and automation initiatives
  9. Conduct ISO Internal Training Program and perform an ISO external audit of the certificate renewal.
  10. Any other adhoc duties as assigned by management.

Selection Criteria / Requirement

  • Degree/Diploma holder
  • 2 years’ experience of ISO 9001 Quality Systems
  • Certified ISO9001 Internal Auditor
  • At least 2 years’ experience in quality assurance, and not less than 2 years hands-on procurement experience.
  • Hand on Logistics & freight Operations experience is preferable.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Competent using Microsoft Office (Email, Word and Excel)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, mature, self-motivated, hardworking and proactive
  • Good working attitude & be a good team player
  • Initiative and proactive attitude
  • Good communication and people management skill
  • Be able to prioritize day to day tasks
  • Excellent project planning and execution skills.
  • Investigate technical problems and derive solutions.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive - QA
