Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Newtech has been one of the market leaders in E&M systems and IT infrastructure for the data center and critical environment, providing consultancy, design, implementation, project, system and facility management.  We are looking for potential candidate who would like to eager to learn and develop their career with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in pre & post contract works, products & tender analysis
• Prepare QS document, e.g. procurement, budget, estimating, forecast cashflow, supplier and contractor payment etc
• Assist variation assessment and settlement of final account etc.
• Assist the project management team to handle contractual related issues
• Liaison with consultant, main contractor, subcontractors, suppliers on tender & contract issues

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience is highly preferred
• Proactive, well-organized and able to work independently
• Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Excel, Words etc.)
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese
• Fresh Graduates are also welcomed
