Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Provide post-contract QS service, including contract administration, cost estimation & control etc. for assigned projects
• Support the senior team members in dealing with significant contractual issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims etc
• Assist in generating internal and external reports

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent
• 2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably gained from Consultant and / or Fitting-out Contractor
• Strong numerical sense especially in claims, cost and contractual aspects
• Possess profound interpersonal skills; practical site experience is a bonus
• Proactive, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Well versed in MS Office applications and CostX software
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, both written and spoken
