Our client is a well known company in Hong Kong, with more than 50 years of experience and around 1,000 staff in the HK office. They have a well-established business with excellent development opportunity for individuals, they are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, familiar with working in sizeable firms to handle end to end recruitment process, drive TA strategies, employer branding and other initiatives.


  • Develop recruitment strategies on talent attraction and generation to achieve organizational and business goals
  • Work closely with business managers to manage recruitment process, including screening, sourcing, interview, coaching and guidance on TA strategies and market trends
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with recruitment agencies, manage their effective service delivery in alignment with our strategic human capital goals in recruitment and business needs.
  • Responsible for achieving recruiting related KPIs, Service Level Agreements to clients.
  • Provide leadership support, coaching sessions for Talent Acquisition Team
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects as required


  • Degree holder in HR or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years of solid in-house talent acquisition experience
  • Effective interpersonal skills with strategic mindset
  • Independent, confident, strong problem solving and organization skills
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English
