Assistant Regional Marketing Manager

Partnering with Senior Regional Marketing Manager, to create and execute retail marketing tactics to support the brand’s year-round 360 marketing calendar, with the goal of strengthening customer relationships and driving business.

This role will work closely in partnership with internal teams - Retail Operations, VM, Buying, PR, Wholesale and Travel Retail to strategize and execute retail marketing effort for the brand’s retail channels including Direct-To-Consumer, Wholesale and Travel Retail.

I.  Manage market calendars

  • Align marketing calendars across the region
  • Create on-brand marketing programs, including partnership opportunities with markets’ need in mind.

 II. Identify consumer insights and formulate consumer engagement activations

  • Draw consumer insights with the CRM counterpart
  • Develop activations to support business

 III. Asset creation

  • Create assets with the Global Creative team to support marketing programs regionally
  • Lead the evolution of the creative assets with the evolving social/digital landscape in mind



        I.            Strategic Planning

  • Identify key opportunities with the Retail team in conjunction of the key marketing focuses
  • Develop year-round event/activation calendar to support the brand’s business needs in retail
  • Set KPI for each retail marketing tactics and track effectiveness


      II.            Budget Construction, Management and Reporting

  • Implement the retail marketing strategy following the outlined Action Plan in tandem with the Key Message Map (including but not limited to the Annual Event Plan) within the defined budget in order to meet pre-defined KPI’s and objectives
  • Accountable for the actual spending per action and program and the corresponding results
  • Accountable to ensure that all financial reporting are delivered according to plan


    III.            Consumer Engagement Tactics

  • Partnering with the team’s CRM function, identify key consumer insights and develop tactics, including events, CTAs and social/digital assets
  • Support the brand’s loyalty program through creating bespoke brand consumer engagement moments
  • Identify new target consumer segments and develop tactics to invite them to engage with the brand


    IV.            Marketing Campaign Ideation and Asset Management

  • Be creative.  Think out-of-the-box and create story-telling tactics to engage with consumers
  • Partner with the brand’s Global Creative team to develop assets for retail marketing
  • Working with markets to create marketing tactics that support the needs of local customers



  • At least 6 years of solid experience in marketing functions, with strong leadership and consensus building skills
  • Relevant marketing experience with an international company, preferably with luxury product marketing experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Candidate should plan and deliver big picture goals; deal and work with people with different backgrounds and temperaments, as well as know what motivates team members and effectively bring out the best in them. Adaptability and flexibility are key personality traits
  • Candidate must be an excellent communicator who can aptly explain their vision and strategy to the team as well as have open and frequent communications with brand teams and principals
  • Must be able to efficiently communicate the brands’ vision to external members (Agencies, Vendors, VIPs etc)
