Assistant Relationship Manager, Customer Contact Centre (Retail Banking Department)

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to service hotlines; provide quality services through various electronic means to accommodate customers' requests
  • Work closely with the Relationship Managers and Financial Services Managers in driving treasury businesses to achieve sales target assigned
  • Conduct in-bound and out-bound calls to customers, executing transactions on FX, equity linked & currency linked investment; providing timely market update to customers and implementing sales initiatives
  • Strengthen relationship with customers to identify customers' needs and recommend appropriate financial services to meet their needs
  • Support new projects and AI enhancements to meet business needs
  • Take customer voice and feedback into consideration and actively liaise with relevant parties for improvement

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in financial institution with sound knowledge of various investment & banking products a must
  • Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations & Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute Licensing Examinations
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua a must
