Support relationship managers in performing various client transactions and delivering high quality customer services to high net worth clients
Involve in executing clients instructions, performing account opening procedures, preparing and collecting documentation from clients in a timely and accurate manner
Prepare required reports and materials for regular sales monitoring
Ensure the performing transactions are in compliance with the Bank's policies and legislative requirements
Ensure timely follow up on pending document
Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder or above
Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial services industry
Qualification under SFO and IIQE to perform relevant regulated activities in wealth management products sales
Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Equipped with solid knowledge of investment products and banking procedures
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
