Responsibilities:

  • Promote wide range of consumer banking products and services to customers and solicit new business opportunities to achieve the branch business goals
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions
  • Provide efficient and high quality services to customer with a professional manner
  • Ensure all the activities are conducted in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree/Higher Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 1 year’s sales experience in Retail Banking, including insurance or/and investment products
  • Possess the qualifications of IIQE and HKSI
  • Proven track record in marketing and selling banking products
  • Familiar with retail banking products and the operation procedures
  • Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Personal Banking Manager
