We are looking for an Assistant Research Manager to conduct comprehensive research on the Mainland real estate market and prepare feasibility studies for the potential investment and per-development opportunities.

Client Details

Our client is a reputable listed developer that has a strong footprint in both Hong Kong and Mainland real estate market.


  • To conduct in-depth research on acquisition of land, investment projects (including residential, commercial, etc.) and market conditions in cities of Mainland;Assist in feasibility studies to explore property investment and development opportunities
  • Prepare investment appraisals, management reports and presentations
  • In-depth analysis of product allocation, growth rate and property market prices
  • Prepare statutory documents for the sale of development projects.

  • Degree holder in Surveying, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years' working experience in HK or PRC property developers, or well-known real estate research organizations and consultancy firms in which focus on PRC real estate projects
  • Experience in valuation, feasibility studies, and business proposals
  • Strong in analysis, be sensitive in pricing and a good team player
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese including Putonghua (a MUST)
  • Occasional travel to PRC is required
  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Senior Officer
