Job Responsibilities:
o   Ensure all reservations requests, amendments and cancellations are properly, promptly and correctly entered in Opera PMS
o   Ensure all specific requests on room allocation are properly handled
o   Ensure all correspondences for reservations are replied promptly, correctly and professionally
o   Ensure accurate statistics codes, are properly entered into Opera PMS
o   Ensure individual profiles, company profiles, travel agents profiles and source profiles are properly linked in Opera PMS
o   Properly setup rate code and Commission in Opera PMS, load rate into GDS via, via OCM, Siteminder mapping, Synxis rate loading
o   Ensure all cut-off dates group block and allotment correctly entered in Opera PMS
o   Ensure all internal and external calls are dealt with professional manner
o   In the absence of Reservations Manager, review room inventory with Revenue Management and Director of Front Office on a daily basis
o   Respond promptly on the overbooking situation, close reservation for critical days and update all distribution channels
o   Maintain a of rate parity amongst all distribution channels

o   3 years in Reservations working experience with at least 1 year in Supervisory level or above
o   Good oral and written English proficiency
o   Possess good interpersonal and guest contact skills
o   Technical knowledge of telephone systems is advantageous
o   Independent and resourceful with good leadership skills
