Requirements:
- Higher Certificate or Higher Diploma holder in Civil/ Structural/ Geotechnical Engineering
- Minimum total 5 years relevant working experience;
OR
- Degree in Civil/ Structural/ Geotechnical Engineering
- Minimum total 2 years relevant working experience
