Job Description

  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Service Manager and the Director of Food & Beverage Service to achieve the Club’s objectives, understand and implement the Star Spangled Service Standards into the operation and ensure the primary objective of maintaining high standards of operation;
  • Maintain reasonable contact with the Members and their Guests personally, cooperate with their requests when feasible, listen to suggestions and complaints and take corrective action in person whenever necessary;
  • Prepare and review all in-house marketing materials in connection to the Food & Beverage events and ensure effective communication to all front line Employees;
  • 5 days work

Job Requirement

  • Solid relevant experience in a 5-star hotel/resort/restaurant in similar capacity
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in both English & Chinese
  • Creativity, friendliness and flair but with high standards and attention to detail
