Assistant Restaurant Manager (Night shift, 2 Regular day off per week with tips, incentive and year-end bonus)

  • Co-ordinate the day to day operations of the Restaurant to obtain maximum profit and maximum guest satisfaction
  • Minimize wastage on food and beverage by close monitoring and enforcing standard operating procedures
  • Provide training to staff and lead the team to consistently deliver quality service to guests
  • Plan, drive and monitor process improvement to enhance business performance and cost control
  • Maintain and continuously improve in beverage and food sales
  • Maintain the restaurant clean and tidy
  • Promote restaurant
  • Working hour from 8 pm to 4 am


  • 5 years or above and related experience including supervisory experience in Spanish or Western Restaurant Food & Beverage Operation or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility
  • Passionate, independent and willing to take challenge
  • Knowledge in basic maintenance
  • Social media knowledge


  • Regular day off on Sunday and Tuesday night
