Assistant Restaurant Manager (Western Cuisine)

Job Duties:

  • Assist Store Manager to maximize business and profitability of the store through effective and continuous selling activities and controlling operation costs.
  • Ensure services in the store are consistent and adhere to establish standards, with class and style.
  • Ensure all staff including casuals are properly groomed according to the Company’s standards.
  • Handle complaints, inquiries and answers correspondence.
  • Develop and conduct on-the-job training, including basic service etiquette and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduated, diploma in hotel management / Food & Beverage would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in catering / hotel / retail industry.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership & management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of food, drinks and wine would be an advantage
