Assistant Restaurant Manager

  • Assist the Manager in managing the daily operation of the restaurant and the performance of subordinates in order to maximize the restaurant’s revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints when necessary.
  • Check and ensure a proper billing system.
  • Provide training to subordinates in order to enhance service skill.
  • Assist in developing promotion plan in different seasons.
  • Collect and gather information from guests in relation to product and service quality for future improvement.


  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably gained in hospitality industry.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak Putonghua would be an advantage.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
