The incumbent will assist the business superior to oversee designated retail operations functions, which includes shop management, people management, customer service management, stock management, P&L as well as security issues.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the retail shops to maximize sales and profits, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
  • Ensure operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures as well as brand image. Implementation of sales and promotional activities as well as the smooth operations at store level
  • In charge of manpower plan within budget
  • Provide counseling, coaching, training and motivating the retail sales staff at shops with strong business drive
  • Analyze market trends, evaluate competitive challenges and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Tertiary educated
  • Minimum 8 years' retail operation experience, preferably managing multiple stores
  • Execellent supervisory ability with track record in leading a sizable workforce
  • Strong people skill. Able to communicate and work well with people at various levels
  • Energetic, supportive, independent with self-initiative, business acumen and numerical sense
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
