Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, plan and implement a variety of Retail Marketing Campaigns (including customer loyalty program) for mobile acquisition and retention
  • Grow in-base revenue in order to achieve business target
  • Formulate and execute marketing activities for driving new business opportunities
  • Monitor mobile pricing improvement, market intelligence, marketing policy and operations together with end-to-end delivery of retail marketing programs and post-campaign analysis
  • Work closely and diligently with internal parties and external business partners to strengthen market segmentation and brand differentiation


  • Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in telecommunication industry, preferably with customer acquisition and retention program launching experience
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Retail Marketing Executive
