(INVENTORY PLANNING & CONTROL / ALLOCATION)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for retail and merchandising forecast planning, budget and inventory control
• Responsible for stock allocation for retail stores to ensure accurate inventory and sales records and compliance of company policy and work procedure
• Manage stock levels to maximize sales by monitoring stock replenishment needs
• Regularly review shop sales statistics to help ensure stock flow and replenishment
• Coordinate regular stock take in shops
• Prepare sales and inventory reports, forecast and analysis for Management team, such as KPIs, retail sales, stock replenishment, consolidation and stock take reports
• Identify best sellers and slow movers, review inventory level and provide action plan
• Work closely with retail team and buyers on sales feedbacks
• Assist company on store capacity and assortment plan
• Support shop daily operations and other ad-hoc activities, such as store opening, sales and promotional issues related to inventory

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in garment merchandizing or relevant / business related discipline or above with minimum 3 years or more solid retail merchandising and planning experience (with lingerie or ladies' underwear is an absolute advantage)
• Good knowledge on sales analysis, forecast and planning
• Experience in POS system
• Good command of MS office especially Excel is a must
• Have strong caliber in communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spoken / written English & Cantonese
• Positive, patient and detail-minded, with constant innovation and work dynamic
• Candidate will less experience will be considered as Retail Administrator (Inventory Control)
