Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer order processing 
  • Handle telephone and email enquiry from internal parties 
  • Prepare the manual bill requested via IPS System 
  • Prepare management reports 

Requirements: 

  • F.5 or above 
  • 2-3 years’ relevant working experience 
  • Self-motivated, proactive and well-organized 
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint 
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Administrator
