Assistant Sales & Channel Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies for the new and assigned brands to achieve sales growth
  • Explore and approach new potential sales channels, negotiate trading terms and promotion fund for new listing and act on the behalf of company's interest.
  • Plan and organize marketing activities, demo booth, in-store display, trade promotion and digital marketing to promote the brand awareness for different retail channels, general trade, pharmacies and trade partners etc.
  • Analyze the sales trend, manage sales forecast and order to achieve the sales targets and coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Monitor and ensure the product visibility in different trade channels.
  • Build up a strong working relationships with business partners


  • University degree in Business, Marketing or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' sales and trade marketing experience in FMCG food industry is an advantage.
  • Attentive to details, proactive and able to work on multi-tasks under pressure with strong self-motivation
  • Resourceful, strong interpersonal and networking ability
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
