Assistant Sales Manager (B2B Sales)

Main responsibilities

  • Assist in setting sales, profit and strategic objectives
  • Accountable for the on-time implementation of sales organization quotas and performance objectives
  • Provide advice and support to Commercial Operation Director on team development
  • Develop and formulate sales strategies for development projects
  • Work with customer service and sales coordinator for effective and efficient support to customers


  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience
  • Experience in Key Account / Brand Management 
  • Holder of Bachelor Degree in relevant field of study
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills               
  • Eager to learn and good at project management                 
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and Outlook        
  • Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage but not a must
