Assistant Sales Manager, On-trade (FMCG beverage brand)

Our client is a well-established leading player in the beverage industry. Equipped with a wide range of product portfolio, their products can be easily spotted out in different sales channels - supermarkets, convenient stores, food services chain stores, general trade and etc. With an aggressive growth plan, they are now hiring suitable candidates to join the sales team as an Assistant Sales Manager to further develop the business across on-trade channels including restaurants, bars, hotels etc.
 
Duties:
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be the key person in developing sales plans and strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
  • You will work closely with those buyers across the assigned channels.
  • You will maintain a close relationship with the clients and offer them different promotion activities to boost up sales. This is a rare opportunity for candidates with solid sales experience in FMCG to step up to managerial grade and further explore the high potential market.

To qualify, individuals should possess:

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • At least 5 years sales/ business development experiences
  • Solid network and channels established with on-trade accounts will be a great advantage
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
