Our client is a well-established product and solution provider of various quality sanitary fittings. They have positioned themselves to further invest and expand into Hong Kong and Macau markets by recruiting a management role to help expand the company.
Reporting to the Sales Director/ Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for whole end-to-end sales cycle/process on sanitary solutions and conduct high-level dialogues with clients, supported by field level staff. You are expected to drive further sales, maintain existing key accounts and develop new major accounts by building relationship and network with institutional markets with key focus on developer clients. Based in Hong Kong, you will be tasked to oversee both Hong Kong and Macau market to act as an effective bridge to ensure smooth communication among clients, internal stakeholders.
You must have solid sales background in engineering or building services discipline. You should have proven track record in selling solutions to similar clienteles and ability to identify new opportunities in the market. You should be hands-on and also be comfortable working independently but managing projects and coordinating with internal resources. Great command of Chinese and English is a must, while Mandarin is a plus. Passionate and ability to challenge the status quo will be critical for the role.
