Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel located at Hong Kong International Airport is currently hiring an Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Executive - Reactive.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond in a timely manner to incoming group/catering opportunities that are within pre-defined parameters. Refer opportunities to appropriate sales host if business is outside these parameters.
- Work collaboratively with other sales channels (e.g. on-property resources) to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative.
- Understand the overall market, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and how to sell against them.
- Ensure business booked is within hotel parameters. Close the best opportunities for the property based on market conditions and the property’s needs.
Requirements:
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major or 3 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
- Quality driven, customers and business results oriented.
- Good leadership, plan & organization skills.
- Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
