Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager

  • Identify business opportunities, develop sales pipeline and manage customer accounts in order to meet and exceed sales targets as wellas maximize KDDI Group revenue.
  • Demonstrate unique value proposition to reinforce company reputation as a quality solution provider.
  • To prospect un-aware needs of customers by visiting, prepare proposal presentation, monitor and manage the overall operation from scratch to billing.
  • Work collaboratively with Pre-Sales, Technical teams as well as other internal parties to share the accountability for managing customer accounts successfully.
  • Maintain customer accounts and communication throughout the business cycle to ensure all stages are fulfilled.



  • Higher Diploma or above, Degree or above of any discipline is preferable.
  • Written and Spoken in English, and Cantonese, understanding of Mandarin and/or Japanese will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experiences with Proven Track Record, experience in ICT/IDC industry will be an advantage.
  • More experience will be considered as Sales Manager.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, able to work and communicate effectively with various internal/ external parties.
  • Aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented character with a strong passionto succeed.
  • Ability to operate independently and perform under pressure.
