Job Description

  • As we continue to introduce new products, we have an increased need for managing a team of sales experts.
  • This opportunity is ideal for a proven sales professional with an entrepreneurial attitude and experience in selling IT solutions in the enterprise & mid-market account space. 
  • As the Assistant Sales Manager, this individual will provide sales expertise and partner with pre-sales engineer in all aspects of driving, assisting, and enabling account penetration and sales across an assigned territories
  • She / He will be reported to Sales Manager & responsible in leading a team of 2 – 3 sales experts.

Primary Duties & Characteristics 

  • Lead, develop & manage a team of sales experts.
  • Collaborate & influence the team in achieving or exceeding the assigned team target
  • Establish high level relationships with the senior executives within partners and customers.
  • Engage and leverage resources as appropriate in achieving team success.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to expand existing business through the identification and development of new use cases
  • Works with the sales team in proactively identify business opportunity
  • Performance planning & monitoring, coaching the sales team.
  • Interface effectively with different levels, individual contributors and senior managers, both internally and externally
  • Assist in ensuring accuracy of sales forecast planning
  • Provides monthly and quarterly reports to management, including but not limited to, reporting overall territory status, ongoing account activities, account directions & account planning. 


  • Degree Holder in IT, Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in Information Technology
  • Good knowledge on IT products and services
  • Strong self-motivation and commitment to achieve sales target
  • Experience on supervising team members
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
