Assistant Sales Manager

- Meet and exceed pre-set sales target.
  • Manage Life Science key accounts with people management responsibility.
  • Responsible for business planning, forecasting and achieving corporate goals and KPIs.
  • Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities and references.
  • Work closely with marketing team to develop strategies and organize marketing activities to drive Life Science business (i.e. seminars/ workshops).
  • Evaluate customer needs and market competition.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team on market, customer and sales movements.
  • Report market trends of new & existing products in the local market.
  • Build QIAGEN ’s image in the market as reliable partner for all their needs.
Position Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Biological Medical sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related studies.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant sales experience for Life Science products preferably with people management experience.
  • Fluent in CantoneseĦAEnglish (speaking and writing) and Mandarin.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence customers at all levels.
  • Experienced in various molecular techniques including RNA, DNA manipulation, PCR, Sequencing, NGS and Bioinformatics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
