Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the business performance of assigned key accounts;
  • Formulate/ implement the promotion plan and monitor its activities to achieve the sales target;
  • Manage and ensure the promotion expenses are within budget;
  • Coordinate with related parties to ensure the marketing campaigns and promotion activities are duly executed at store level;
  • Compile various reports on sales performance, promotion evaluation and business review for identifying sales related issues and business opportunities;
  • Supervise, motivate and coach a team of in-store promoters;
  • Perform regular store visits to keep abreast of market changes.



  • Diploma or above with at least 5 years’ experience in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development in General Trade industry.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong customer development and negotiation skills
  • Attentive to details and the ability to multitask as well as priorities workload
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to all levels
  • Ability to work on own initiative, listens well and willingness to learn
  • Committed, motivated and passionate about our business and our brand partners
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English language skills (vocal & written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (excel and PowerPoint is a must), and good data analytical and reporting skills
