Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Formulate business development plans and sales strategies to meet the growth of the sales and building the brand awareness
  • Develop new business opportunities and generate profitable sales in order to meet and exceed business revenue goals
  • Achieve monthly sales target and objectives and align with the company’s direction
  • Provide excellent service to existing customer and continue to expand the customer base.
  • Oversee the complete order process and co-ordinate with internal departments to follow up production, payment, logistic, product development, packaging, and quality assurance. 
  • Participate in overseas exhibitions and seminars, and travel to meet customers across the region.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 3 years solid working experience related to sales and marketing in Trading or Manufacturing industry. (Less experience will be considered as Sales Executive)
  • Good experience in business development with excellent negotiation skills, develop new customer or business area, and exceed customer’s expectation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, self-motivated, independent, hard working, consistent, mature and willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Travelling regularly to China factory and overseas is a must.
