The Role

To cope with accelerated business expansion, Raze Technology is looking for a creative and resourceful Assistant Sales Manager who is passionate about driving sales in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be an experienced sales professional with proven sales record and established network in the industry. Able to achieve sales targets through accurate forecast of sales opportunities and converting leads to deals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive complete sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting/cold calling, presentation to client, proposal writing, negotiations, closing opportunities, and post-sales follow-up;
  • Identify new business opportunities and improve current products by maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry trends and competitive threats;
  • Actively manage, drive and grow sales pipeline and activities to exceed sales target;
  • Provide market analysis that leads to industry/ territory/ client expansion target.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commercial, Marketing or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, knowledge in B2B service industry is an advantage;
  • Possess a strong track record in achieving/exceeding corporate sales target;
  • Presentable, aggressive, and positive attitude;
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus.
